Canada Media Fund – Funding announcement for Frost Might – February 2025

We’re thrilled to announce that Frost Might has received prototype funding from Canada Media Fund! As our studio grows and expands its production pipeline, this support enhances all our games and services. We can’t wait to share more about Frost Might in the coming months!

“The moment you stumbled out of the burning wreckage, with the cold air biting your skin, you knew something happened, but your scrambled brain can’t put the pieces together. Your head is pounding, you start to panic and you realize you are utterly alone. Then you hear it. A voice- faint, cutting through the wind. Is is real? Or is it your mind playing tricks? You call out to the desolation and no one answers. But then you hear a sound. Maybe, just maybe you are not as alone as you thought.”

Frost Might is an immersive single-player survival game that takes place in the dead of winter in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Set in the present day, Frost Might unfolds in the unforgiving wilderness beyond human settlement, the “dead zone”, a place few rarely venture. The game immerses players in a haunting narrative where survival is a challenge, and the line between reality and the supernatural becomes increasingly blurred. What sets Frost Might apart is its focus, not just on the physical parts of survival, but also on the mental. As players fight for survival, they will encounter moments where they must solve environmental puzzles. These aren’t just ordinary challenges—they require players to enter a spiritual realm, a hidden layer of reality that provides clues and insight into their survival, but it also poses unique challenges and dangers of its own. Players will need to interact with both realms and unlock hidden knowledge, all while unraveling a larger mystery about the voice that guides them.

Frost Might, designed for PC and console platforms, is scheduled for release in late 2027.
